Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers/Sales Managers.
- Drive life insurance sales through assigned banking partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and key stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and training.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve productivity.

Candidate Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Life Insurance Banca Channel.
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong leadership, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets.
