We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager, Research Analysis to lead a team supporting global Primary Market Research (PMR) and Healthcare Research operations. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end operational delivery, driving process excellence, leading a team of research professionals, Programming team, overseeing vendor partnerships, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
This individual will serve as a key bridge between research teams, consulting stakeholders, vendors, and operational support functions while ensuring exceptional service delivery and continuous improvement.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business Administration, Market Research, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical market research, research operations, or related functions.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Experience managing global teams and stakeholders.




- Strong understanding of primary market research operations and HCP engagement processes.
- Experience with vendor management and operational governance.
- Knowledge of Primary Market Research operations.
