Job Description: 9 BDC14A Summary: As a Data Management Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in enabling the effective functioning of a software development team that utilizes Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring Scrum Teams, facilitating various Agile ceremonies, and ensuring that the team remains focused on their tasks. You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting progress through appropriate metrics, thereby contributing to the overall success of the team and the projects they undertake. Roles & Responsibilities:



- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.- Support the continuous improvement of team processes and practices. Qualified & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MongoDB.- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in a software development environment.- Ability to analyze metrics and provide actionable insights for team improvement.- Familiarity with project management tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in MongoDB.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
