Master Trainer – (1 for EC & 1 for EEE)

Qualification
- BE / B.Tech / M.Tech in (Electrical/Electronics and Communication Engineering)

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of total experience in the relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in training Subject matter expertise in the specified domain
- Solid understanding of training methodologies, rules, and instructional techniques

Job Description
- Deliver Training of Trainers (ToT) programs in the relevant domain
- Develop, review, and curate domain-specific training content and materials
- Monitor training delivery standards and implement improvement action plans
- Prepare and submit detailed training reports and performance analyses
- Lead and coordinate the team of trainers within the specific domain




- Demonstrate domain-related practical sessions, experiments, and technical concepts effectively
- Ensure adherence to training quality standards and organizational guidelines

Budget: 40 to 50K

Location: Bangalore

candidates should be open to travel and can visit 3 to 4 GTTC centres per month.

For EEE domain candidate:- Gulbarga/Dandeli/Harihara/Kanakapura/Gundlupet/Humnabad/Tumkur/Devanahalli/Magadi

For EC domain candidate:

Mysore/Hassan/Dharwad/Kudlasangama/Gokak/Koppal/Challakere/Chitradurga.
