- At least 7 to 15 years of end to end project lifecycles as Pega Lead Business Architect ( LBA)
- 7+ years of solid experience working in PEGA
- 5+ years of robust experience working as PEGA LBA for PCS Application with below knowledge
- PCS framework understanding
- Product Template, product and plan definition and related inheritance and structure understanding in PCS
- Understanding of Plan definition in PCS application for healthcare domain
- 5+ years of experience working in Healthcare/Insurance domain
- Must have experience in documenting business rules – Assisting with the work type structure from business perspective
- Experience in designing and configuring rules and flows – Assisting with the development of the draft user interface and draft process flows




- Strong experience in communicating with internal teams and clients – Delivering user interface requirements like graphical user interfaces, screens and interface mock-ups
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and team building skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent problem analysis and trouble shooting skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to express ideas, thoughts and information so that it can be understood by various audiences and meets the customers' needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- University or college degree or equivalent experience
