To develop OTC Sales Business for Linen in the West region by capturing new customers, to effectively implement new promotional strategies and achieve the sales and collection targets for the given territory. To monitor the movements of the competitor and in the market and devise strategies accordingly.

Job Context: Linen Fabrics is a product with low acceptance in the domestic markets. Over the years, through direct retailing Jayashree Textiles has propelled itself to emerge as a leader in this business. The current scenario requires capturing of new customer base to sustain this advantage.

• Sell and present new designs as per customer demand
• Act as a mediator to the design and development team to provide them primary insights on design based on customer demand
• Increase the quantity of sales of existing customers and ensure collection of customer feedbackKRA2Development of Recent Customer Base• Identify potential customers, approach and interact with them to create awareness for Linen Fabrics and traction for our brand
• Create and present to them an exhaustive portfolio and pitch our service offeringsKRA3Handling Customer Financials and Receivables• Assist the reporting manager in analysing and preparing detailed customer profile by visiting the customers to assess their recommended credit limits
