The Role
Kyndryl is on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Software Engineer who is passionate about delivering top-notch cloud-based managed services to our clients. As a QA Software Engineer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Functional Tester responsible for validating business and functional requirements, developing test scenarios and test cases, executing functional testing,



and ensuring high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with HP ALM and Xray (JIRA) for test management, defect tracking, and reporting within Agile and Waterfall environments.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Testing
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to understand application functionality.
- Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.
- Execute functional, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Validate end-to-end business processes across multiple applications and interfaces.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects to closure.

Test Management
- Create and manage test artifacts within HP ALM and Xray.
- Maintain test plans, test suites, traceability matrices, and execution reports.
