Eligibility:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with field sales experience in Insurance, Banking, BFSI, NBFC, Telecom, FMCG, Automobile, Consumer Durables, or any direct sales role will be preferred.
- Freshers with solid connections with defence personnel, military families, ex-servicemen, CSD canteens, ECHS, or defence communities are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate life insurance business through the Defence Channel.
- Build and maintain relationships with serving defence personnel and ex-servicemen.
- Acquire new customers and drive business growth.
- Conduct customer meetings and provide suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly business targets.
- Ensure timely documentation and policy issuance.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and local travel.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Local candidates will be preferred.
