Tasks
- Lead, manage, and execute software system activities for E/E systems under your responsibility in accordance with ISO standard and BMW internal processes.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor development and testing activities across system and software domains in close collaboration with the respective function owners.
- Ensure creation, consistency and maintenance of work products (Ex. Plans, Designs, Reviews, Reports etc.)
- Assess risks arising from deviations, evaluate their impact on existing plans and derive appropriate mitigation measures.
- Drive consistent and on time delivery of project work products with quality as per the project milestones.

Skills
- A completed degree in automotive engineering, electronics engineering, computer science, or a comparable field of study or an equivalent qualification.
- System-level understanding of the vehicle,



including knowledge of vehicle architecture and functional interdependencies.
- Proven experience and sound knowledge of the relevant ISO standards and its application in complex automotive E/E systems.
- Practical experience in automotive electronics and/or software development is desirable.
- Solid analytical skills, a structured process driven and quality-oriented working style, and the ability to develop robust and technically sound solutions are required
- Business fluent proficiency in English is required along with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams; German language skills are an added plus but not necessary.
