Day in the life:
- Handle MICE Airline team and Carrying good relationship with all the airlines
- Handle end-to-end group ticketing for MICE travel, including fare negotiation, seat confirmation, PNR creation, issuance, and reissuance for domestic and international travel.
- Liaise with internal MICE sales teams to understand travel requirements and provide suitable flight options and quotations.
- Secure group fares, block seats, and manage deadlines in line with airline policies and event schedules.
- Coordinate with GDS systems (Amadeus) to build and manage group PNRs efficiently.
- Ensure accurate ticket issuance, including names, dates, passport details (for international travel), and special service requests (e.g., meal preferences, wheelchairs).
