Responsibilities
Agile Program Management (50%)
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to maintain and prioritize sprint backlogs.
- Manage sprint boards and work tracking tools to ensure visibility of project scope, progress, blockers, dependencies, and risks.
- Partner with the team to enable continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing OM Product Operations Data Analytics tools and processes.
- Identify and escalate blockers impacting team productivity and outcomes.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among business, technical, and operational teams.
