Role: MIS Reporting Analyst

Shift Timing: UK Shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST)

Key Skills:
- Advanced Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- VBA & Macros development and troubleshooting
- MIS Reporting & Dashboard Creation

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and automate regular and ad-hoc MIS reports
- Develop and optimize VBA Macros to streamline reporting processes
- Analyze large datasets using Excel for actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver reports
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data and reports
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1–5 years of experience as an MIS Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, VBA, and Macros
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a UK shift
- Experience in a hybrid work workplace preferred
