Job Title: Manager – Transfer Pricing Centre of Excellence

Role Overview

The Manager will lead the Transfer Pricing Centre of Excellence (CoE) team responsible for delivering Benchmarking (BM) and Transfer Pricing Reports (TPR) for engagement teams across India. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality deliverables, maintaining strong relationships with engagement teams, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of Associates and Senior Associates handling BM and TPR requests.
- Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to team members.
- Process Oversight
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of BM and TPR deliverables.
- Review critical outputs and resolve technical or process-related issues.
- Maintain error rates within defined thresholds
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for engagement teams across locations.




- Communicate timelines, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with engagement teams.
- Planning & Prioritization
- Plan workload and prioritize tasks based on agreed timelines.
- Monitor team capacity and proactively address bottlenecks.
- Process Improvement
- Drive initiatives for automation, template standardization, and efficiency enhancement.
- Implement best practices and maintain trackers for performance monitoring.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure proper filing and completeness of benchmarking and TPR data.
- Maintain documentation standards for audit readiness.
- Training & Development
- Conduct training sessions for team members on technical and process aspects.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
