Principal Accountabilities
- Term Sheet and Due Diligence Planning - Assist the Regional Legal Manager in organizing documents and data for due diligence. Maintain records of all documents and communications related to due diligence. Help in coordinating meetings and follow-ups with solicitors and the BD Team for additional document requests and clarifications.
- Preparation and Finalization of DA - Assist in preparing the draft report of title and deal structuring report. Consolidate all documents and communications related to the DA. Assist in incorporating stakeholder inputs into the DA and vetting changes suggested by the landowner. Provide co-ordination support to the Regional Legal Manager and Regional BD Head during the registration process. Ensure signed DA copies are sent to the landowner and maintain records of the signed documents.
- Appointment of Solicitors - Identify solicitors/advocates required for various legal reviews from the external solicitor database. Coordinate meetings with shortlisted solicitors and maintaining documentation of discussions and negotiations.



Tracking the status of work being executed by the solicitors and provide regular updates to the Regional Legal Manager. Evaluate the work done by solicitors and provide inputs for bill payment. Manage communications to solicitors regarding appointments, scope changes, or contract terminations.
- Response to Notice and Litigation Filing - Organize original documents (information/notice) and backup documentation. Update the notice tracker with details of received notices and supporting documents. Assist the Regional Legal Manager in preparing draft replies. Support the Regional Legal Manager in preparing synopses and documentation for litigation. Maintain the litigation tracker with details of filed or defended cases.
