IT Operations Manager – Job Description

Reporting To: Application Project Lead

Key Responsibilities

Manage IT operations and application support activities.

Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes as per ITIL standards.

Act as the first point of contact for major application escalations and coordinate war room discussions for quick resolution.

Understand business requirements and coordinate with implementation teams for effective delivery.

Conduct operational review meetings with business stakeholders.

Govern SLA & OLA management and ensure vendor compliance.

Identify automation opportunities and drive project execution with timely delivery.

Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA implementation.

Improve existing IT processes for operational efficiency.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of IT operations and IT best practices.

Positive knowledge of ITIL processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification
