�� Role Purpose

To lead and manage the Direct Channel business for a defined geography by driving sales

performance through Level 2 team managers, ensuring achievement of business targets, team

productivity, and customer satisfaction.

�� Key Responsibilities

1. Business Delivery

 Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

 Ensure growth in premium collection, policy count, and revenue

 Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions

2. Team Management (Level 2 Handling)

 Manage and lead a team of Cluster/Unit Managers (Level 2)

 Ensure team productivity and target alignment

 Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions

3. Hiring & Training

 Recruit quality talent across levels

 Ensure proper onboarding and training of recent hires

 Continuously coach team members to improve performance

4. Sales Strategy & Execution

 Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies





 Drive campaigns for customer acquisition and cross-selling

 Optimize lead utilization and conversion rates

5. Performance Monitoring

 Track key metrics such as:

o Conversion ratio

o Productivity per employee

o Cost per acquisition

 Identify underperformance and implement improvement plans

6. Customer Management

 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

 Address escalations and critical customer issues

 Promote long-term customer relationships

7. Compliance & Process Adherence

 Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines

 Maintain proper documentation and audit compliance

8. Reporting & MIS

 Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports

 Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
