Job Title: Branch Head - Agency Partner Channel

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Head to lead our Agency Partner Channel in the life insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing branch operations, and ensuring the growth and development of the agency partner network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the agency partner channel.
- Lead and manage a team of agency partners and sales personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance.
- Foster strong relationships with agency partners to motivate and increase their productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to the team.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer preferences to identify current business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and strategic initiatives to upper management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- Minimum [5-8 years] of experience in sales and marketing within the life insurance industry, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Strong understanding of the agency/distribution model in life insurance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
