Job Description:

looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Manager – Direct Channel to drive sales and business growth through the direct sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing direct sales team.
- Generate business through customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management.

Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 6-10 years of experience in Life Insurance Direct Channel.
- Robust sales, leadership, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a customer-focused approach.

CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA (Based on experience)
