Experience Required: 8+ Years (must be in Ground Mount Solar / Utility-Scale Solar EPC domain)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Head to lead end-to-end execution of ground-mounted solar power projects (utility-scale/large commercial). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar EPC project management, from site handover through commissioning, and will be responsible for on-time, on-budget, and quality-compliant delivery of multiple ground mount solar sites simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of ground mount solar EPC projects (MW-scale) from site mobilization to commissioning and handover.
- Prepare and monitor detailed project execution plans (Gantt charts/MS Project)



covering civil, mechanical (module mounting structures), electrical (DC & AC side), and BOS works.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards across all active sites.
- Coordinate land development, soil testing, topographical survey, and site readiness activities prior to construction.

Site & Vendor Management
- Manage multiple site teams (site engineers, supervisors, contractors) across geographies; travel extensively to sites for reviews, audits, and issue resolution.
- Oversee civil works (foundation/piling), MMS (module mounting structure) erection, module installation, and electrical works (cabling, inverters, transformers, switchyard, evacuation).
- Manage relationships with EPC contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors for structures, modules, inverters, cables, and BOS items.
