Job Title: Lead RTR (Record to Report) – UK Shift

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Lead RTR qualified to manage end-to-end Record to Report activities. The role requires strong accounting expertise, team handling experience, and the ability to work in UK shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead and manage RTR (Record to Report) processes

2. Review and finalize trial balance (TB) and Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements

3.Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy

4.Prepare and review cash flow statements

5.Ensure timely month-end and year-end close activities

6.Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in RTR domain

Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and financial reporting

Work Details:

Location: Ahmedabad

Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)

Shift: UK Shift (12:30 PM – 10:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
