Level - 10 - 10 PDC4C Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). Your typical day will involve working with OIM, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and configure OIM-based solutions to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within budget. - Provide technical expertise in OIM, including design, development, and implementation of OIM-based solutions. - Ensure that OIM-based solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). - Valuable To Have Skills: Experience in Java/J2EE, Oracle Access Manager (OAM), and Oracle Internet Directory (OID).



- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing OIM-based solutions. - Strong understanding of OIM architecture, including connectors, reconciliation, and provisioning. - Experience in integrating OIM with other enterprise applications. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving OIM-related issues. Additional Information: a: End to End environment Setup, maintenance & support of Oracle Identity and Access Management b: Should have experience in application/server certificates installation, OIM webservice code deployment, OIM Event Handlers, Custom Schedulers, Role Based Provisioning, OAM Webgates, SSO integration of applications with OAM. Should be comfortable with common LDAP queries. c. Should be able analyze and troubleshoot issues.
