JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) professional to support business performance, financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to provide financial insights and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support annual and monthly budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.

2. Prepare and present MIS, P&L; reports, variance analysis and business performance dashboards.

3. Analyze revenue, cost trends, operating metrics & KPIs and provide actionable insights.

4. Conduct scenario modeling, profitability studies and cost optimization analysis

.

5. Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting in collaboration with accounting teams.

6. Develop and maintain financial models for business projections and strategic planning.

7.



Work with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Leadership to support decision-making.

8. Support automation and standardization of financial reporting tools and processes.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Robust understanding of FP&A;, MIS reporting, budgeting & forecasting
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (financial models, pivots, lookups)
- Experience with Power BI / Tableau / ERP / SAP / Oracle (preferred)
- Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights clearly
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder and leadership interaction
