We are hiring Key Account Managers to own every private maternity hospital and hospital chain in their city. A single mid-sized maternity hospital can become a substantial recurring account for us, so this is a role about depth rather than volume: landing new accounts, growing the ones we already have, and becoming the person every pediatrician and nursing superintendent in your city knows by name.

We are hiring for Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune. Applicants from other cities are also welcome to apply.

What You'll Do
- Own the private maternity hospitals, nursing homes and hospital chains in your city as a named account list.
- Land new accounts: identify the high-delivery-volume hospitals, get the first meeting, place evaluation samples, and follow through to a first purchase order.
- Grow existing accounts by expanding from one product to our full range, and from one unit of the hospital to the whole facility.
- Build lasting relationships with neonatologists, pediatricians, nursing superintendents and procurement staff.




- Run in-person product demonstrations and in-service training for nursing and NICU staff.
- Maintain a territory coverage plan and log every visit, sample and outcome in our CRM.
- Feed back market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing and unmet clinical needs.
- Represent BEMPU at local medical conferences, CMEs and exhibitions.

Requirements
- 1 to 6 years of field or key account sales experience, ideally in medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare or pharma.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a B2B or healthcare setting.
- Existing relationships with pediatricians or neonatologists in your city are a robust advantage.
- High energy and a real willingness to travel within and around your city on a daily basis.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clinicians and hospital staff quickly.
