As a Data Engineer II, you will be at the heart of our data transformation journey, designing and delivering best-in-class data engineering capabilities that fuel our ambition to become a truly data-driven organization. You will architect, build, and scale analytics solutions within a modern Big Data cloud infrastructure — and you'll do it with a genuine passion for democratizing data across the business and for our customers. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders — Work closely with Product Owners and Architects to understand requirements, formulate innovative solutions,
and evaluate implementation effort with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.

Build scalable data pipelines — Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and transformation logic using Python/PySpark, SQL, and modern analytics platforms such as Palantir Foundry.

Deliver actionable insights — Design and implement analytics models and visualizations that translate complex data into clear, business-ready insights.

Leverage AI technologies — Utilize Palantir AIP and generative AI to enhance analytics solutions, automate workflows, and improve user experiences where appropriate.

Embrace AI-assisted development — Use tools such as GitHub Copilot or equivalent to improve development efficiency while upholding high engineering standards.
