- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze process data for informed decision-making.
- Document and communicate process changes and improvements to relevant stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design.
- Continuously evaluate the impact of implemented changes and recommend further enhancements.
