Role Summary:
Responsible for delivering superior customer service and productive claims management while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role focuses on policy servicing, query resolution, and timely and fair claim settlements to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries, service requests, and complaints across channels.

Process policy servicing transactions and maintain accurate records.

Manage life insurance claims (death, maturity, surrender, etc.) within TAT and compliance norms.

Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations, AML/KYC, and internal policies.

Support process improvement, automation, and customer experience initiatives.
