Hiring | Senior Executive – Legal Risk Management (Commercial Contracts) |

Locations: Mumbai | Bangalore | Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Review, draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts from both client and vendor perspectives.

✔ Handle agreements such as MSA, SOW, NDA, Vendor Agreements, Service Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, and other commercial contracts.

✔ Support RFPs, RFQs, tenders, proposal documentation, deviation matrices, pre-bid queries, and legal documentation.

✔ Partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide legal guidance and mitigate contractual risks.

✔ Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Preferred Background:

✅ Experience in Commercial Contracts / Corporate Legal / In-house Legal

✅ Solid exposure to contract drafting, redlining, negotiation, and contract lifecycle management (CLM)

✅ Experience in a core legal team within a Big 4 or Tech
