Job Description – Agency Manager |
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Drive business through the agency channel by motivating and managing advisors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field visits.
- Support advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with advisors and customers.
- Monitor advisor performance and ensure productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience in Agency Channel, Life Insurance, BFSI, or Sales.
- Experience in team handling and advisor recruitment is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
