Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager – Credit Channel to manage and drive business through the credit/branch banking channel in Madurai.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive life insurance business against loans through the Credit Channel.
- Generate and convert insurance leads from customers availing loans.
- Manage and develop relationships with banking/credit teams for business generation.
- Handle and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned business targets.
- Guide the team on lead generation, customer pitching, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Conduct regular team meetings and monitor individual and branch-wise performance.
- Ensure achievement of monthly business and premium targets.




- Coordinate with credit/branch teams to maximize insurance opportunities from the loan customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase insurance penetration across the assigned cluster.

Candidate Profile
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Life Insurance / BFSI.
- Experience in Credit,, Banca, will be preferred.
- Strong relationship management and sales skills.
- Valuable communication and team-handling abilities.
- Should be target-oriented and comfortable managing multiple branches.
- Local candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Madurai are preferred.
