We are looking for a Fractional Head of Revenue to build and own our commercial engine across all products and channels. This is a hands-on leadership engagement of 2 to 3 days per week over 6 to 12 months, with at least two of those days in Bangalore and the rest remote.
You will define how we go to market, hire and manage the sales team that executes it, and scale a sales model that already works. Ideal for an experienced commercial leader who has taken an Indian medical device or diagnostics business from roughly Rs. 5 Cr to Rs. 25 Cr and wants to do it again for a product that saves newborn lives.
What You'll Do
- Detail our go-to-market strategy across Indian private hospitals, government and public health procurement, international distributors, and B2C / Amazon.
- Define our ideal customer profile, territory design, pricing tiers and channel mix, backed by real unit economics.
- Hire, onboard and manage our sales leaders and sales team, including key account managers across cities.
- Install the operating rhythm: pipeline stages in our CRM, weekly forecasting,



sample-to-close cadence, and a written sales playbook.
- Design the incentive and commission structure for the commercial team.
- Scale our proven sales model across channels and cities, holding unit economics steady as volume grows.
- Help us recruit the permanent leadership who will take the business forward.

Requirements
- 10+ years in commercial roles in medical devices, diagnostics or healthcare.
- Demonstrated experience scaling an Indian medical device or diagnostics business from roughly Rs. 5 Cr to Rs. 25 Cr in revenue.
- Direct experience across multiple channels: private hospitals, government tenders, distributors, D2C and international.
- Proven track record hiring, coaching and retaining field and inside sales people.
- Comfortable building the system yourself rather than inheriting one.
- Equally at home in a hospital procurement meeting and in a spreadsheet.
- Solid command of CRM disci
