- Business Target Achievement: Drive overall branch or circle business targets, focusing on maximizing performance in sales, revenue, and quality objectives
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of frontline sales staff (such as Frontline Sales Managers) and insurance advisors
- Partner and Client Management:
- Business Persistency & Retention: Ensure high-quality and long-term persistency and revival of policies to support the overall profitability of the organization
- Market Penetration: Develop a deep understanding of local market dynamics to identify potential growth segments, execute targeted sales initiatives, and support business expansion.
