We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead and manage our comprehensive ERP ecosystem including SAP (FICO, SD, ABAP), Coupa, Concur, and PeopleSoft Finance & HR systems. This role will oversee both application support and development teams, ensuring smooth operations, integration efficiency, and timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP with hands-on knowledge of its modules and integration capabilities, along with proven experience managing sizable internal technical teams and cross-platform ERP environments. Additionally, the candidate should possess knowledge of AI technologies and their application in ERP systems to drive innovation and process automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end ERP projects encompassing SAP (FICO, SD, ABAP), Coupa, Concur, and PeopleSoft Finance & HR.
- Oversee application support and development processes for SAP and its integrations.
- Coordinate effectively with internal IT and Business teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines,



resources, risks, and budgets effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement in ERP system performance, integration stability, and user satisfaction.
- Facilitate efficient use of ServiceNow for support management and Jira for development tracking.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL and Agile methodologies within the support and development teams.
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation within ERP processes and lead initiatives leveraging AI and machine learning.
- Understand AI/ML tools and frameworks relevant to ERP optimization.
- Communicate project status and issues escalations clearly to senior management.
- Strong customers connect and materialize new opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of IT experience with at least 5-7 years in ERP project management focusing on SAP.
