Job Description:
We are looking for a data-driven and performance-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to drive qualified lead generation, digital sales, and ROI-focused marketing initiatives across our commercial real estate portfolio.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle social media pages for the brand, including developing content calendars and content buckets to ensure consistent and strategic communication across platforms.

Drive lead generation while optimizing CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CPQL (Cost Per Qualified Lead), and CPSV (Cost Per Site Visit) to maximize campaign efficiency.

Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve conversions and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Coordinate with the website development/maintenance agency to ensure timely updates, landing page development, campaign requirements, website performance, tracking implementation,



and optimization of the overall user journey for lead generation and conversions.

Manage campaign tracking and attribution using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and Microsoft Clarity.

Support digital sales initiatives by improving the online customer journey and maximizing digital revenue opportunities.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to generate high-quality leads.

Demonstrate an inclination to use AI-powered tools wherever required for campaign planning, audience insights, reporting, automation, and performance optimization.

Minimum Requirement:

Relevant Experience:
4 to 6 years of post-MBA experience.

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.

4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Real Estate.

Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campa
