Primary Responsibilities
· Claims Survey
· Access Claims
· Create contact list in the core system
· Register the claim
· Initial customer contact
· Follow up for claim documents from insured and surveyors / investigators /advocate
· Update notes and other claim details in the core system
· Generate reports from system
· Maintain masters in respect to Garages
· Maintain inventory of claim files
· Prepare list of closed files and dispatch to compactor
· Follow up with IT for systems issues and other administrative work
