Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities (in Detail)

Automation and Integration Developer

o Develop and maintain basic ServiceNow integrations, utilizing REST API for seamless data exchange.

o Write and optimize scripts using JavaScript and Python to automate processes and enhance system functionalities.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tools such as SailPoint and ServiceNow into existing workflows.

o Utilize low/no-code automation tools, with a preference for Tosca, to streamline testing and deployment processes.

o Demonstrate strong prompting skills to facilitate effective communication and clarify requirements during project discussions.

o Conduct basic QA tasks to ensure the quality and reliability of automated solutions.





o Leverage expertise in Python for developing automation scripts and tools.

o Familiarity with Node.js for supporting application development and integration tasks.

o Hands-on experience with autonomous AI tools such as LangChain, Autogen, CrewAI, or custom agentic frameworks to enhance automation capabilities.

Qualifications:

o bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

o Proven experience with basic ServiceNow and SailPoint integrations.

o Proficiency in Python is mandatory.

o Familiarity with low/no-code automation tools, particularly Tosca.

o Basic QA skills and understanding of software testing methodologies.

o Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

o Experience with autonomous AI tools such as LangChain, Autogen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.

o Knowledge of additional programming languages or automation frameworks is a plus.
