The role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to independently drive topics and initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring experience working in Agile environments, strong organizational skills, and a passion for technology and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of project activities and initiatives from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
- Drive technology and data-related projects, coordinating activities across multiple teams and ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across technology, business, and functional stakeholders.
- Engage and manage international stakeholders,



building solid relationships and ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and follow-through.
- Proactively drive topics, actions, and initiatives rather than only facilitating discussions, ensuring clear ownership and progress.
- Prepare clear and effective management and executive-level presentations, reports, and project updates, and confidently present key topics and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work effectively within Agile/Scrum environments, supporting sprint planning, ceremonies, prioritization, tracking, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure projects and initiatives are delivered on time and within agreed scope and quality standards.
- Maintain a structured and process-oriented approach to planning, tracking, documentation, risk management, and issue resolution.
