Key Job Responsibilities

Sales and Profitability
- Participate in the preparation of the financial budgets (top line) and drive the financial budgets for the concept
- Create the business roadmap for the concept across stores in the territory in collaboration with the NCMs and AMs for the upcoming financial year
- Work with the relevant stakeholders for a timely implementation of the business roadmap (buying team, brands, projects team, finance team etc.)
- Create sales budgets based on the roadmap and business expectations
- Review sales achievement vis a vis the sales budgets and take required actions to address issues in sales achievement (at an individual KPI level)
- Create and manage implementation of an optimum private label mix for the concept across stores in the territory as per the targets
- Collate feedback on product performance of the previous season and expectations for the coming season from the operations team (AMs and BMs) and share the feedback in the range presentation
- Understand the buying plan (post the range presentation), share the updates with the AMs,



obtain feedback and follow up with the NCMs for corrective actions
- Drive sell thru at category level (pre EOSS and EOSS within the season) without compromising on the brand budgeted margins
- Analyze product performance, identify performing and non-performing products, recommend required actions and implement the approved actions
- Participate in the preparation of capex budgets and drive adherence to the capex budgets
- Control and monitor opex expenses within budgetary guidelines through effective operations
- Share the targets and incentive plans given by brands to their staff with the AMs and BMs, obtain feedback and take required actions to address the feedback

Concept Operations Management
- Work with the CMs and BMs to drive adherence to the retail SOPs, retail standards and processes for the concept across stores in the territory (including omni channel SOPs and processes)
