Job Title : Talent Acquisition- Sr./ Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Finance positions (junior to mid-level roles)

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders

Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Support offer management, documentation, and onboarding coordination

Adhere to company hiring policies and compliance standards

Required Qualifications:





Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Strong understanding of finance roles and hiring requirements

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills & Experience:

1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Finance hiring, Insurance Hiring, Non-IT, Non- Sales

Experience with ATS and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)

Strong sourcing and screening skills

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
