What will I be doing?




- Leading the design, development, and delivery of large-scale, complex product initiatives.
- Driving technical strategy and architectural decisions to scale our platform and improve resilience, performance, and security.
- Partnering closely with product, design, and leadership teams to align engineering efforts with business goals, ensuring customer delight and measurable success.
- Mentoring and inspiring engineers across the team, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.
- Spearheading efforts to implement engineering best practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, and efficient code review processes.
- Identifying and solving high-impact technical challenges while influencing engineering and product direction.
- Continuously exploring and advocating for current tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
