Position: Quality Engineer

Location: Sanad - Ahmedabad

Experience: 2 - 6 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- Knowledge of the fastener manufacturing process.
- Experience in Forging, Heat Treatment, Machining and Thread Rolling.
- Knowledge of Surface Coating and finishing processes.
- Experience in Dimensional and Coating Inspection.
- Knowledge of Salt Spray Testing (SST) and Adhesion Testing.
- Experience in NCR handling and corrective actions.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools and 5-Why Analysis.
- Understanding of SPC and basic PPAP documentation.
- Robust problem-solving and quality improvement skills.
