As a Technical Project Manager III in Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation,



and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects
- Lead/support PI Planning and sprint execution; facilitate ceremonies (planning, standups, refinement, review, retro).
- Own project management tracking: maintain the delivery plan, milestones, RAID (risks/issues/dependencies), and action tracking through execution.
- Manage Jira end-to-end: backlog readiness, sprint setup, workflow hygiene, dashboards, and reporting.
- Coordinate release readiness and dependency management across teams; ensure clear cutover/go-live tracking where applicable.
- Maintain delivery documentation in Confluence (delivery plan, status updates, decisions, runbooks/notes) and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work workplace to accelerate requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and architecture documentation, validating
