Key Responsibilities:
- Drive training and capability development across the Banca channel.
- Conduct product, sales process, and skill-based training for teams.
- Identify training needs and create effective learning interventions.
- Improve sales productivity and overall team performance.
- Partner with Branch Managers and key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Track training effectiveness and provide regular performance feedback.
Requirements:
- Experience in Banca/Insurance training preferred.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of sales training and team development.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
