Position: Tax Coordinator

Location: Malad - Mumbai

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Responsibilities:
- Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, property tax, and other applicable tax forms. Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, regulations, and deadlines.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date tax files, records, and documentation. This may include organizing financial statements, invoices, receipts, and other relevant tax related documents.
- Data Gathering and Analysis: Collect and analyze financial data, transactions, and other relevant information necessary for tax calculations and reporting. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data for tax purposes.
- Research and Interpretation: Conduct research on tax laws, regulations, and updates to stay informed about changes that may impact the organization's tax compliance. Interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure proper application.
- Communication and Collaboration:



Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance, accounting, and legal, to gather necessary information and ensure alignment between tax activities and other business functions. Communicate with tax authorities, external auditors, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Tax Planning Support: Provide support in tax planning initiatives, such as identifying potential tax deductions, credits, and incentives. Assist in developing strategies to minimize tax liabilities within legal and ethical boundaries.
- Compliance Reviews and Audits: Assist in tax compliance reviews and audits conducted by tax authorities or external auditors. Prepare and provide requested documentation and information to facilitate the review process.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance tax-related processes and procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Propose and implementprocess improvements as appropriate
