4. Interview Coordination

Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.

5. Conducting Interviews

Sometimes conducting technical or HR interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

6. Managing the Hiring Process

Keeping track of candidates throughout the pipeline—from application to offer stage.

7. Offer & Negotiation

Extending job offers, discussing salary, advantages, and negotiating terms.
