Senior Learning Partner Job Summary
As a Senior Learning Partner, you will play a key role in enabling associate success by designing, coordinating, and delivering impactful onboarding, learning, and employee engagement experiences across India and international teams. You will partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, learning teams, and other stakeholders to understand learning needs and translate them into effective programs and experiences.
In addition to learning and onboarding, you will support employee volunteering and engagement initiatives, collaborating with Oracle Volunteers, NGOs, community partners, and internal stakeholders to create meaningful opportunities for associates to participate and contribute. This role requires strong facilitation, program management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills within a global and culturally diverse workplace.

Learning and Onboarding
- Lead, coordinate,
and facilitate GSSS onboarding and learning sessions for associates across India and international teams.
- Deliver engaging and effective learning experiences that enable new associates to understand the organization, their teams, key processes, available resources, and expectations.
- Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, learning teams, and other stakeholders to understand learning requirements and identify opportunities to strengthen associate capabilities.
- Adapt learning approaches and content to meet the needs of different audiences, business groups, geographies, and experience levels.
- Manage end-to-end learning program coordination, including scheduling, participant communication, facilitator alignment, learning materials, logistics, and follow-up.
- Gather learner and stakeholder feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
