Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.

Solid academic background with expertise in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Taxation, or related domains.

Experience

Prior corporate experience in Finance, Audit, Taxation, Advisory, Consulting, Risk, or Accounting.

Experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the ability to deliver technical training sessions.

Experience conducting classroom and/or virtual workshops on finance-related topics.

Key Responsibilities

-
Design and deliver engaging technical training programs and workshops for employees.

-
Conduct subject matter sessions on Finance, Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Risk, Compliance, or related topics.

Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning content.

Identify training needs and customize learning programs based on business requirements.

Facilitate interactive classroom and virtual learning sessions.

Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to learning initiatives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support capability development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant.
