AI Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Architectto design and implement end-to-end AI/ML architectures with a robust focus on LLM fine-tuning, model training, deployment, andagentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise inmodern AI frameworks, including LangChain, LangGraph, and other orchestration/agent frameworks, with the ability to architect scalable, reliable, and secure AI platforms for enterprise use cases.

8–12+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or ML architecture roles.

Strong hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, supervised and unsupervised model training, RLHF, or other advanced training methodologies.

Expertise in deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) using tools such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, or custom container setups.

Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph,



or similar agent frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Swarm).

Strong knowledge of agentic programming, autonomous workflows, and scalable agent orchestration patterns.

Solid programming skills in Python, including experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.

Understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus) and retrieval strategies (RAG, Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

Experience deploying scalable inference workloads using GPUs, serverless functions, or containerized microservices.

Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps practices, model monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.

Excellent communication, architecture documentation, and problem-solving skills.D1
