Responsibilities




- Cash Accounting responsibilities include analyzing, reconciling and researching bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Ensure a complete and accurate month-end close process within established deadlines of the company
- Prepare periodic balance sheet account reconciliations including cash accounts, credit card accounts, payroll, and lodging accounts in accordance with company standards
- Research and resolve issues related to account reconciliations and outstanding issues by contacting the appropriate individuals to gather information, escalating matters appropriately, and proposing and implementing solutions
- Highlight and explain non-routine cash transactions and significant variances to Finance department management
- Understand the flow of information through the banking, payroll, and general ledger systems
