Key Responsibilities:
- Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in the Banca Channel (Life Insurance).
- Candidates must have Banca Channel experience.
- Manage 9–15 assigned bank branches.
- Drive life insurance sales through the Banca channel.
- Activate inactive branches and strengthen branch relationships.
- Achieve business targets through regular branch visits and joint calls.
- Train and support bank staff on insurance products.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 2+ years of Banca Channel experience in Life Insurance.
- Solid sales and relationship management skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Willingness to travel 80–100 km daily within the assigned territory.
- Must be comfortable with frequent branch visits.
