Job Title: Branch Head – Agency Business Partner Channel

CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head to lead the Agency Business Partner (ABP) Channel for a leading Life Insurance company in Coimbatore. The role involves driving branch profitability, agency recruitment, team management, business development, and ensuring achievement of sales targets through the agency distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Agency Business Partner Channel operations for the branch.
- Drive recruitment, activation, and productivity of Agency Business Partners and advisors.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor business performance, persistency, and quality parameters.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners and customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI regulations,



and operational guidelines.
- Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement business expansion plans.
- Manage branch profitability and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training programs for the team.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university.
- 8–15 years of experience in Life Insurance sales, with significant exposure to Agency/ABP Channel.
- Minimum 3–5 years of team handling experience in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, recruitment, and business development skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving branch growth.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of life insurance products and distribution channels
